See Shakespeare's Henry VI, Part 2, Act IV, Scene II, Dick's comment*

The comment in your editorial about the lawyers is priceless [Sep. 2007, Vol. 41, No 9, Editor's Corner, "I'm Guilty as Charged," p. 6]. Who else has contributed so much to the high cost of living and done nothing productive? How much of a product's price is due to legal expenses?

The many articles on current machine tool consumption is informative but my feeling is the consumption rate does not include the high quality of today's machine tools. The source does not matter as the quality and operational life of the modern machine tool is lengthy.

The article on the Morris keyseating tool [Sep. 2007, Vol. 41, No. 9, "The Key to Keyseating," p. 20] is way too vague to be of any use. The company's website does not show the operation of the tool.

Keep up the good work reporting and commenting on the industry.

Say Amen!

Dave, amen to your article in MAN [Sep. 2007, Vol. 41, No. 9, From the Shop Floor, "Stocking the Digital Toolbox," p. 16]. I run a small machine shop and I take pictures and short video of CNC setups. It's a great thing to do. I download the pictures and video onto my computer for the next time I have to run the same parts. Its great! Glad to know I'm not the only one doing it.
